Classical Egypt & ANZAC 2027. Starts: 11th April. Explore the ancient wonders of Egypt, from the Pyramids of Giza to a relaxing Nile cruise between Luxor and Aswan, before travelling on to Turkey. Discover Istanbul and the WWI battlefields of the Gallipoli Peninsula, culminating in the moving ANZAC Eve vigil and Dawn Service at ANZAC Cove. This unforgettable journey combines the grandeur of ancient civilisations with one of the most powerful commemorations in Australian and New Zealand history.

day 1Welcome to Egypt

Sunday 11th April 2027. Welcome to Egypt and the start of your holiday! Upon arrival at Cairo Airport you will be met by a representative from On The Go Tours.
The rest of the day is free to relax or those arriving early can opt to join a Backstreets Tour of Cairo which departs the hotel at 10am. At 7pm this evening meet your guide and the rest of the group at a Welcome Meeting.
