Adventure-seekers, discover Indonesia’s hidden gems on this 19-day group journey through Bali, Lombok, and Komodo. Surf Canggu’s volcanic shores, explore Lovina’s waterfalls, and cycle Gili Trawangan’s quiet lanes. In Lombok, chase waterfalls, visit traditional villages, and relax on pristine beaches. Ubud’s rice terraces, Monkey Forest, and a sunrise volcano trek await before you sail through Komodo National Park. Snorkel with manta rays, visit the pink beach, and observe Komodo dragons in their natural habitat. The unique draw of this tour package is its in-depth exploration of diverse islands and wildlife, promising encounters you won’t find on the average trip.

day 1 - Arrival in Canggu

Upon arrival in Canggu, Bali, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. You'll have some free time to relax, recuperate from your journey, and get to know the others in your group. In the evening, we will gather for a welcome dinner at 7 PM.

Please note: This tour is designed for younger travellers looking for a backpacker-style experience and to meet like-minded people. The average age on this tour is around 21 - 35, and we are unfortunately unable to take any travellers over the age of 49. day 2 - Temples, Bahasa Lesson & Traditional Canang Sari Offering

Today, we delve into Bali’s vibrant culture, starting with a visit to its magnificent temples, where history and spirituality meet. We’ll embrace local life with a Bahasa lesson and craft a traditional Canang Sari offering. Later, you can unwind with a stunning sunset at an elegant beach club before dancing the night away, carried by the island’s energy.

day 3 - Surfing Lesson

Today, we’ll make our way to one of Canggu’s famed beaches, where the black volcanic sand meets the rhythmic, rolling waves. Surrounded by the island’s natural beauty, local Balinese surfers will guide us through the art of surfing in this renowned surf haven.

day 4 - Lovina Exploration

Canggu - Lovina. Today, we are heading to the lesser-known natural marvel of Lovina, a pristine paradise known for its breathtaking rice paddies and rich cultural heritage. Along our journey, we will explore captivating temples, magnificent waterfalls, and view picturesque rice fields. We will then arrive at our exceptional and distinctive accommodation, nestled in the mountains, surrounded by rice paddies, and offering panoramic ocean views.

day 5 - Dolphin Cruise & Basket Weaving Lesson

We visit a local family to learn the traditional art of basket weaving, offering a fascinating insight into everyday Balinese life. We then step aboard a traditional outrigger boat to cruise along the coastline in search of wild dolphins. Later, there’s time to relax - the infinity pool at our luxury villa provides the perfect setting to unwind.

day 6 - High Speed Ferry to Gili Trawangan

Lovina - Gili Trawangan. We'll take a speedy ferry to the breathtaking island of Gili Trawangan Island, a gorgeous tropical paradise featuring white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. In the afternoon, you'll have some free time to unwind, explore the island, and soak up the sun. In the evening, we'll venture out to enjoy the vibrant island nightlife!

day 7 - Cycling Gili T & Beaches

With no motorised vehicles on Gili T, we’ll cycle through its peaceful paths today, soaking in the island’s charm. We’ll unwind on its pristine white sandy beaches, make our way from beach to beach and as the day fades, we’ll be treated to a breathtaking sunset that paints the sky in vibrant hues.

day 8 - Snorkelling Adventure

Today we will take a boat journey around Gili Trawangan Island to experience the beauty of the island by sea, we will have plenty of opportunities to snorkel in the tropics with turtles and other colourful marine life.

day 9 - Boat to Lombok & Waterfalls

Gili Trawangan - Senaru. This morning, we're embarking on a brief boat journey to Senaru on Lombok, another incredible island. While it's less crowded than Bali, Lombok boasts plenty of attractions, including stunning waterfalls that we'll explore today. We'll be spending the night in a village located at the foot of Mount Rinjani, Indonesia's second-highest volcano.

day 10 - Kuta Exploration

Senaru - Kuta. Today, we will make our way to Kuta, where we will visit some of the most stunning beaches found on the coast of Lombok. You will have plenty of time to relax and explore at your leisure. Later we will take you to one of our favourite spots for sunset, where we will be met by locals who will be excited to take some photos with us.

day 11 - Traditional Sasak Village Exploration

Today, we’ll explore Kuta, discovering the charming Sasak villages with their traditional bamboo houses, local crafts, and cultural landmarks, offering a glimpse into the island’s rich heritage. We will also visit some of the local sites of Kuta.

Later, you will have a chance to further explore Kuta at your leisure or relax by the pool at our accommodation, before we make our way for dinner and drinks (not included).

day 12 - Ferry to Ubud

Kuta - Ubud. Today, we’ll return to Bali by ferry and head to Ubud, a town renowned for its lush rice terraces, vibrant arts scene, and spiritual atmosphere. Nestled in the island’s heart, Ubud is a haven of tranquility, where traditional Balinese culture meets stunning natural beauty.

day 13 - Monkey Forest Exploration & Interaction

Today, we will visit the renowned Monkey Forest in Ubud, a captivating sanctuary that is home to hundreds of wild monkeys, we will make our way to a centuries old temple that has been engulfed by monkeys. Giving us the opportunity to get up close to these playful primates.

day 14 - Sunrise Volcano Trek & Leisure

Today before dawn, we will make a start to our sunrise trek with our local guide who will guide us on a hike up an active volcano to the summit for a breathtaking sun rise, where we will view the sun rise over the peaks as we enjoy breakfast with stunning views.

We will then make our way back to our accommodation by the mid morning, where you will have the rest of the day at leisure to further explore, relax or you can join an authentic Balinese massage on us

day 15 - Ubud to Labuan Boja

Ubud - Labuan Bajo. Today, we will depart from Bali, making our way to the airport for a short flight to the island of Flores. Upon arrival, we’ll head to Labuan Bajo, a picturesque coastal town and the gateway to Komodo National Park. Nestled on the western tip of Flores, Labuan Bajo is known for its stunning harbour, vibrant fishing community, and dramatic sunsets. The town serves as the perfect base for exploring the nearby islands and the famous Komodo dragons, offering a blend of natural beauty and local charm.

Please note: Some passenger will be ending their tour in Ubud.

day 16 - Komodo National Park by Boat

Labuan Bajo - Komodo National Park. We'll set sail on a traditional Phinisi inspired boat for two days, basking in the sun and taking in the breathtaking views of Komodo National Park as we glide across the water. Along the way, we’ll stop at a viewpoint and a snorkelling spot, before experiencing a sunset like no other, with thousands of bats soaring above us, embarking on their nightly hunt for food.

day 17 - Viewpoint Visits, Snorkelling & Komodo Dragons

Today promises a series of unforgettable experiences. We'll start by watching the sunrise from famous viewpoints, then visit the captivating pink beach. Afterward, we can enjoy exhilarating snorkelling sessions with manta rays, and don't miss the opportunity to see Komodo dragons in their natural habitat—the only place on Earth where they can be observed this way.

day 18 - Back to Labuan Boja

Komodo National Park - Labuan Bajo. As our incredible cruise through Komodo National Park comes to a close, we will begin our journey back to Bali. In the afternoon, you can choose to relax by the pool or on the beach at our accommodation, or take a walk into the town of Labuan Bajo to purchase any last-minute souvenirs.

day 19 - Goodbye Labuan Boja

Today marks the end of our 19-day tour, we will greet our fellow travellers and guide before you make your way to the airport for your onward flight. Although there is no departure transfer included, your tour leader will be available to help you plan your onward travel and is on hand to assist you.
