Overall, we had a very nice trip. The itinerary is arranged well and includes good recommendations for places to stop and points of interest to visit. The hotels are all owned by the same company called Vila Gale, and are all about what I expected for the price point � nice and comfortable with basic rooms � the one outlier was the Vila Gale Collection Alter Real, which was stunning! We had a very nice trip to Portugal overall.

Absolutely fantastic! The CEO’s made this such a memorable trip from start to finish. I’d like to give a special mention to Elke who was on her training trip. Sje was so professional and already so knowledgeable of everything we needed to know on the trip. In fact for the first 8 days, I didn’t even realise she was on a training trip and thought she was another CEO. She will be a real asset to the GAdventures team. This was a trio of a lifetime for me and was so special. The activities, culture, animals, people, food and everything else was to the highest standard thanks to the CEO’s. This was a great itinerary, although an extra day in Petra would be helpful especially when you are battling heat. To have time to actually use the pool at the 'village' hotel would be incredible. We came in around 10-11pm and were out by 7 am the next morning. Also, you really need to deal with the 'extra' activities. We came in early to do the Desert Castles add-on and were told we had to wait to talk to our tour director - who we didn't see until 6 pm that evening when it was too late. (when we asked about it before going we were told to talk to our tour director when we got there)

We were picked up from Heriklion and taken to our hotel. Hotel was good, my only comment is that we would have preferred to pay a little extra and gone all inclusive as we could only have food in the evening meal which also included water that we had to pay for. Trip to knossos was very informative and ticket was also valid for the museum in Heraklion, which we visited in the afternoon. The safari trip was fantastic. Jason our guide was funny and knowledgable. We learnt a lot about the villages in the mountains, saw the sunken village, visited a goat herder and watched cheese being made then tried them with raki. Amazing Day especially travelling on the roads up the mountains. Very good value for money.
