On this journey, you will discover some of the most famous destinations in Spain, Switzerland, Italy, and Austria. Start your journey in Barcelona, where you will go on a guided tour to the Monastery of Poblet, located in northeastern Spain, one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries in the world. In Barcelona, tour the city and discover the iconic Ras Ramblas Street. Your tour continues with driving in the region of Provence to arrive in the charming town of Chamberry. Continue to Switzerland and enjoy beautiful lakes and mountains with snow-capped peaks on your way to Zurich. Your journey continues in Rome, the ancient Capital of Italy, and get to know about its history on a panoramic tour and in the Trastevere area. You will also visit St. Peter’s Basilica in the heart of Vatican City and the impressive Roman Coliseum. Moving to Venice, you will take the boat, cross the Grand Canal to the Island of Venice, and visit the marvelous St. Mark´s Square and the Murano Glass Factory. Great planning and wonderful sites that they selected to visit. Hotels were superb, so much above our expectations, always clean and super comfortable for restful sleep. We had excellent breakfast every morning, we could not have enough of the fresh food that was always provided in each hotel. Our tour guide Rafael was so knowledgeable and very friendly and down to earth. He always had practical advice about each place we went to explore, had amazing attitude - always in optimistic mood even when he had to go back and look for the lost people. We had fantastic trip, will definitely go again and recommend to friends and family.

I liked how the main points of every city were highlighted. The transportation from city to city is very convenient while at the same time seeing more at the multiple stops made to the final destination.
The hotel in Barcelona, Frontair Congress, was a very bad hotel. Hotel staff were rude. The room was dirty. The hotel in Lyon, Campanille, was also dirty and small. The breakfast was bad. Basic spoon, fork and plate were not available.
As for the guides, we were very happy with Abdel, Spain guide, and Diego Bueno, our Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lucerne guide. Both of them were empathetic on our needs. Their English was good. We understood them the entire time. Angeles, our guide in France, was nice but we barely understood her English.
Over-all, we were very happy with the Novotel hotels we stayed in, both in Madrid and Paris.
