This was the best tour I've ever been on! Our guide Matt was incredible from start to finish. He was knowledgable about the animals and history, made us laugh and kept us safe at all times. I experienced the culture from not only Matt but from our game drive trackers, excursion tour guides, and Timbavati Lodge staff. When I was unexpectedly scratched by a monkey Matt made sure I was ok and got me to the doctor to ease my mind. I made friends for life with my fellow travelers and can't wait to go on another adventure with Expat next year!
I really enjoyed the locations. Especially the Roman ruins and the villages we stayed in. It was a really great cultural experience.

Absolutely fantastic! The CEO’s made this such a memorable trip from start to finish. I’d like to give a special mention to Elke who was on her training trip. Sje was so professional and already so knowledgeable of everything we needed to know on the trip. In fact for the first 8 days, I didn’t even realise she was on a training trip and thought she was another CEO. She will be a real asset to the GAdventures team. This was a trio of a lifetime for me and was so special. The activities, culture, animals, people, food and everything else was to the highest standard thanks to the CEO’s. My experience was unforgettable and I made memories that I will cherish for a lifetime. To step away from my part of the world and immerse myself in the African bush, cooking dinner, sitting around the fire, camping, sharing stories, and observing the wildlife was recharging, healing, and most of all- transformative. This trip was incredible! The activities available ranged from climbing red sand dunes and star gazing in the desert, to getting up close to giraffes, zebras, and lions on safari and kayaking with seals jumping up onto the boat. Our guide Often did an amazing job of showing us the highlights of Namibia. Long stretches on the road but the view of the beautiful and changing landscape along the way made it all so worth it! Would highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to explore the path less travelled and immerse themselves into Namibian culture.
