Sky was absolutely amazing!! She was so friendly and smiley and made everyone feel so welcome. She was very organised and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know. She always made sure we knew the best local spots for our free time and made sure we had the best nights out with her. You could always go to her if you needed anything and she would be there straight away. She was truly so great! The trip was incredible. The locations were great and activities well planned. My friend introduced me to this tour operator. After speaking with Kiara, we had a suitable itinerary. Our mission was straightforward: book a round-way ticket to Vietnam and enjoy the trip. They coordinated really efficiently and provided competent services. There are no mistakes on the tour, which I enjoyed. All of the hotels were in central locations, making it easy for us to walk about or find local restaurants. The daily trips were scheduled on time, and transportation was comfortable. We traveled from the north to the south of Vietnam. Visiting many famous and beautiful sights, including Hanoi, Halong Bay, Pu Luong, the Golden Bridge, Ho Chi Minh, and the Mekong Delta. This was indeed a fantastic tour.

I went on the 12 day Thailand trip - absolutely amazing. Koh Phangan especially was so nice, and the temples in Bangkok and evening boat tour in Koh Phi Phi was amazing (especially seeing the bioluminescent plankton at night!). Michelle (my tour leader) was especially incredible, she made the trip so fun and was there for any worries I had. Big shout out to our local tour guide too, Nana, who was super funny and super interesting to learn about the local Thai culture. It was my first time doing a tour like this, and Ive already booked a second tour with intro next summer! All in all, incredible trip! Cannot recommend enough.

I just finished the 12 day intro trip in Thailand. It was the most incredible trip. I was originally booked onto 9 days but made some amazing friends and was having too much fun so had to extend. This is the best way to travel stress free, the organisation is great and the activities are so much fun. We had Ellie as our group leader and she was amazing. She was always keeping the vibes high and showing us her best dance moves. I would really recommend travelling with intro and will definately be using them again soon.
