I travelled alone in the 2nd week of October. Weather was pretty good (only showers in the evening) and sunrises in Poon Hill and Tadapani just amazing. It wasn't as cold as expected and could do without a sleeping bag. The trek is great to get a taste of Nepal beyond the cities, offers lots of opportunities for protography, and can be done even by people with no head for heights (you don't have to be "schwindelfrei"). Deepak -my guide- was incredibly helpful, adjusting to my pace while keeping the tempo, helping all the time and even looking for "Shiva trees" to shoot. Thank you very much! The langtang trek is my favorite trek in nepal! You get the feeling of being in the mountains from day 1 and the views of the mountains just get better every day. We did a peak trip from kyanjin gomba (3800meters) to an easy peak to 4700 meters the last day and the helicopter is a must do in Nepal. From the helicopter you see the amazing mountains from higher and get an amazing view of Kathmandu until you hit the airport.
