A really great experience visiting Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Our guide Mads was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, giving detailed info for every location we visited, as well as being attentive and kind. The Fjords are amazing, as well as the Flam Railway but then everything we did was enjoyable! We had such a great bunch of people in our small group of 11. Would highly recommend this trip, absolutely no negatives!

While I don’t really think anyone should be setting foot on this pristine wilderness, the planning and management of the sailing and Zodiac experiences raised customers’ consciousness of the potential damage. We were expected to walk in each other’s footprints to avoid damage to the fragile plants and soils, but in reality the terrain, and some of the attitudes, made this very difficult. It was sad to see tiny saxifrage plants ground into mud, aged lichens kicked off rocks. Even sea ice must be damaged by the ship. We did learn a lot about the environment and the ship seemed better suited than others. But should anyone be going for fun and exacerbating the climate related destruction?

My husband and I took this tour to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. it turned out to be one of the most memorable trips of our lives. We’ve traveled quite a bit over the years, but this tour stood out for its perfect blend of countries. From the very beginning in Copenhagen everything felt well-organized and thoughtfully planned. The pace was comfortable for us: not too rushed yet still packed with fascinating experiences. We especially loved the fjord region in Norway cruising past snow-capped peaks and still waters was like something out of a dream. Each capital city had its own charm. The hotels were clean, comfortable, and located close to key attractions which made exploring in our free time very easy. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the experience enjoyable. She even arranged a surprise dessert at dinner one evening which brought tears of joy to my eyes. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel celebrated and appreciated. We also enjoyed connecting with fellow travelers from different backgrounds. This trip reminded us why we fell in love with eachpther in the first place. Scandinavia and the Baltic were destinations we’d always dreamed of, and the team made it all possible without the stress of planning every detail. We came home with beautiful memories, hundreds of photos, and hearts full of gratitude. We would absolutely recommend this tour especially for special milestones. The hotels were well chosen and offered really good food. It's important to realize that much of the travel is not prearranged, but we were not high season so were able to book everything we needed. It would be better to arrive from Oslo than Bergen.

The captain and expedition team really pushed the limits to ensure that we visited as many interesting places as possible and saw a wide range of scenery and ecosystems. The crew were very friendly and helpful, and the expedition team was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in both the Arctic and Antarctic. The ship was very comfortable with a fantastic library and other good facilities, and our cabin was wonderful - peaceful, comfortable and beautifully furnished.
