Milagros and Marcela helped me plan a fantastic 10-day Essential Of Patagonia trip (mostly Argentina and 1 leg in Chile) and made the trip very smooth and easy to customize based on my preferences. For first-timers to the region, i would highly-recommend utilizing them as they are very knowledgeable and responsive. The Laguna de los Tres, Perito Moreno glacier, and the Torres del Paine Mirador hikes were sublime and unforgettable!! I would opt for "hard" hikes if possible to see the most, and try it out at least, and if not you can always tell your guide that it is too difficult and they will modify the path during the trek.

We had the oportunity to had unbelievable views of the glacier, and we had the best experience at the minitrekkig tour on the ice, with the guides and others turist, playing with snowballs and drink whisky with ice of the glacier. The best thing for me, was the chances of getting amazing photos, and also the guides took us to special places where they took the best photos of us.

Nearly all of the guides were wonderful.
I don’t remember the name of the guide who took us to El Chaltén but we appreciated that he took us seriously as trekkers and suggested a slightly longer trek with beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed that trek!
And we also were very happy with our guide in Tiera del Fuego. She was very lively, knowledgeable and provided us with a couple of wonderful hike and a delicious lunch. We loved all she knew about the birds, trees and geology on the area."

Top notch service from this company which I chose for our Argentina trip because they're based in Buenos Aires and have a focus on South America.
Clara Gonzalez crafted an experience perfectly in line with our request and did so quickly and accurately. Antonella Pascarelli provided us with the expert support we needed before and during the trip. She informed us of needed documentation, answered detailed questions about hotels and restaurants, handled all hotel stays accurately and made dinner reservations at our choice of restaurants.
Land transfers were crucial to our moving about the country and the app included necessary information about that. The guides (Diana in Buenos Aires; Shoam in El Chalten) were both well informed, efficient and personable. I'm glad Antonella knew which companies with whom to work. When we were in country, I received daily emails from Antonella checking in on how things were going and making sure we were on track with the next phase of the trip. I would like to return to South America and I will most certainly try to work with with them.

My family booked a customized 8-night trip to Torres del Paine, Perito Moreno and Iguazu and we were happy with how the trip went. Throughout the planning process Lucia and Julieta answered all of our questions and gave us different options that suited our needs. We enjoyed the hotels which were all in excellent central locations (which was what we requested). The professional local operators were both punctual and knowledgeable.

I usually don’t post reviews, but I wanted to thank the staff for helping to make our 2 week Argentinian adventure as flawless as possible. First Melina helped plan our itinerary, which was quite challenging since it included 4 flights and 5 hotels! The activities she suggested, from ice trekking to Tango shows were all fun and unique. The transportation to and from activities and hotels was stellar and such a time saver. We chose mid range hotels and each was clean and so fitting for the location we were at. Milagros took over once our itinerary was set and what a bonus that was! What stood out most was how graciously she accommodated all the issues we had once we began our trip - and there were a lot. From lost luggage to last minute flight and hotel changes, Milagros handled everything graciously and without an upcharge to do so. The farewell bottle of wine was such an unexpected surprise. There were so many parts of the trip that we loved and appreciated. We liked the fact that we were picked up by someone from the airport when we arrived. Picked up for our trip to Bariloche both ways and picked up from our hotel to go back to EZE. That definitely took some stress off of our trip. Our whole trip went accordingly without any delays or mixups. The team planned everything out and it was perfect for us. Also, we appreciated the restaurant suggestions since we didn't know where good places to eat were. We loved both our hotels. Fierro had wonderful and helpful staff. They couldn't have been more helpful to us. The breakfast was always delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. In Bariloche we stayed at Cacique Inacayal Lake Hotel and it was very nice. The view from our room was breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the blue skies, lake and mountains in the background. It was amazing. The location was great since it was only a few blocks from the Town Centre.
We loved all our excursions because each was different and showed us different aspects of each city. All 3 of our guides were exceptional.
We loved Rodrigo's passion for Buenos Aires and showing us the history, the way of life and the beautiful sights. I wish we would've had him show us around another day too. His English was very good so it wasn't difficult listening to him explain the history of the city. In Bariloche we had Karen as our guide. Since she spoke English there was no problem understanding her. When we went to Cerro Campanario I didn't know you had to go on a ski left. I told her i was afraid of heights and not sure if I could do it. She rode with me on the lift and helped me to go up and see the amazing views. I'm so glad she did. I wouldn't have wanted to miss those spectacular views. She also introduced us to mate tea. Rodrigo explained it to us and Karen gave us a taste of it which I'm glad she did since I didn't really like it so I didn't buy any.
Karen was a nice, easy going tour guide who was happy to convey her deep knowledge of the Bariloche Big Circuit area. Then we had Nicholas take us on a boat tour of the Nahuel Huapi Lake and eventually wound up on land and trekking a mile to see a beautiful waterfall. The lake views were breathtaking. Nicholas spoke 5 different languages which was very impressive. He was very knowledgeable of the area. Everything was fantastic and went very smoothly. I just wish we could've spent more time in your beautiful country. Thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime. Everybody here asks us why we picked Argentina to visit. After i show them our pictures and talk about our trip they want to visit too someday. You took very good care of us on our trip and we thank you for that.
