We did the 4-day Kathmandu valley trek and it was one of the most indelible and life-changing experiences. The trek encompasses so much more than just the view itself (which is ethereal!) -- you get to meet and interact with locals that would welcome you to take a basum (a break) on their porch, taste authentic Nepali cuisines, and maybe even pick up a few Nepali phrases. The company did a wonderful job communicating with us and catering to our questions and concerns throughout the trip. Me and my daughter traveled to Nepal and chose Mardi Himal trek.
I’m an active 60 years lady. This trek was hard sometimes but we had enough time to go slowly and enjoy the view, take photos, have tea and coffee with Mountain View. Mardi Himal trek is new but amazing.
