Long bus journey but worth it. Major sights visited in Istanbul city.
Gallipolli and Troy well worth visit, very interesting, hard to imagine human cost of war.Trenches still visable. Lots of archaeology at Troy and replica of wooden horse to go in. Good photo opportunities. Ephesus with ancient streets, roman toilets, columns, mosaics and carving of menorah. Amazing amphitheatre at Parmakeele,The Thermal Springs. Lots of people but lots of space. White rocks fab, water not warm, skin felt refreshed after dip. Hotels used were high quality. Breakfasts delicious. Time to visit museum shops and time for coffee break.
Guide allowed plenty of toilet stops.
Fantastic trip. Well organized, with the perfect combination of support on the ground for bikes/bags, accommodation and maps, but enough freedom to go at our own pace, explore and do the trip independently.
My eight-day trip was simply magical! The itinerary was perfectly designed, combining history, culture, and nature. The journey began in Casablanca with the iconic Hassan II Mosque, continued through the royal cities of Rabat, Meknes, and Fes, and ended in the mystical Marrakech. The highlight for me was the stay in the Sahara, where I rode a camel, admired the sunset over the sand dunes, and experienced an unforgettable night under the stars.
Each day brought new experiences: the blue alleyways of Chefchaouen, the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, and the fascinating Medina of Fes. Everything was organized to the highest standard, and the guides were not only experts but also friendly and eager to answer any questions.
Sicily was absolutely stunning! The food, the history, and the warm hospitality made this one of our favorite trips ever. Taormina and Palermo were just magical!

The crew and tour leader were fantastic. There were many stops along the way for swimming. The history learned and walking through the many historic towns was illuminating.
The lower cabin is very very spacious and quiet.
I greatly enjoyed walking the Camino between Logroño and León (continuing from where I stopped last year). People had told me this central stretch is boring, but I didn't find it so. They did a great job of arranging hotel bookings and luggage transport. I can't wait to go back and complete the final section.

An extremely well thought-out and organized trip that catered to people from different backgrounds and of different interests. The accommodation, itinerary, and order of activities all made sense, and the staff took all of the stress out of travel to maximise the fun.
