It was a great experience with many highlights throughout our tour. We particularly enjoyed the many immersive stops (i.e. wine tasting, weaving, truffle hunting, pasta making, etc.) in addition to our guided tours. Our tour guide, was very well versed, knowledgeable, and helpful and provided good insights and tips throughout our trip. I can't imagine someone else doing a better job than she did! A great grip with amazing food, cultural experiences, sights, activities, and people. Venice, Florence, Rome, Pisa, and Milan were amazing. I highly recommend it as a way for people to see Rome and Northern Italy.

Fantastic trip! Well organised and everything went smoothly. Would probably split the two big 30+ days if I were to have my time again. The heat adds another level of difficulty. Accommodations were all different but all clean and welcoming. Meals were varied as we walked into different regions the food changed to what was local. We never had a bad meal or a bad stay anywhere. Highly recommend this trip through France. A nice quiet Camino compared to the Frances but far more challenging. Very enjoyable.

Great trip. Well organised. Hotels were very good. Electric bikes were excellent. Good itinerary, and you do see a lot of olive trees! Ride with GPS App was excellent.

In general the trip itinerary was all that I wanted to do, however, there where many things that were foreseeable that where going to affect the trip and NO previous measure was taken, which eventually disappointed me of how it ended up being the trip. Things like the fact that Granada was going to be closed earlier and make us run to arrive on time but just let us be sitting in the hotel for a long time, or arriving very late to Fez and not having proper time to stay in the place could have been better handled.
In particular, I want to complain about the fact that we were suppossed to go to Alicante, we voted in the bus about skipping this city and two of us said NO to not going to the place and our guided decided to do whatever he wanted thinking we were joking. Not happy about my complaint, Abdel Salam (the guide) wrote to me in my personal whatsapp about his dissapointment of me complaining which I believe is extremly unprofessional.
The night of the 31st of December was also a huge dissapointment. And the lack of consistency and overall bad quality of the hotels was not in accordance to what you advertise in your brochures.
The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The guide was really knowledgeable, informative and a joy. I learnt a great deal in relation to the culture and food delights of Turkey. The walking experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend this experience as away to see Turkey.
