They organised a fabulous experience. The trip was seamless and the information provided was thorough. The accommodation was fabulous and the trip notes and app were informative and I felt well supported. I would highly recommend them.
Our guide Sylvia was superb and looked after us so very well. Our bus driver was very careful and drove very safely the whole week. Most of our hotels were also very good as were the meals. We would recommend Sylvia and the Portuguese Camino to our friends. Thank you.
A hike filled with stunning scenery, challenging climbs, and accommodation in interesting locations. Need to be well prepared both in fitness and for extreme weather conditions. It was a challenging hike that we thoroughly enjoyed.
I would certainly recommend this walking holiday, it proved very interesting. The location is marvellous with the hotel front overlooking the sea and the hills behind encompassing these wonderfull walks with such splendid views.
Walking Granada and in Las Alpujarras was an amazing walk, in beautiful autumn weather. The region and its villages was fascinating, the accommodation and food commendable. We had a glitch with bus travel to the first village, but on the whole, everything went very well. I would recommend this walk.
Such a great experience. Our tour guide was a local and had so many great stories to tell. He was fun, friendly and made everyone feel like a family almost instantly. The accommodation was very homely and the food was delicious. The Amalfi Coast was beautiful and I highly recommend a visit in winter. We had some stunning days in the winter sun and avoided the summer traffic and tourists. Overall an amazing tour. My partner and I highly recommend it!

Known for its world-famous Passion Plays, performed every ten years, it is impossibly picturesque; its houses are decorated with elaborate paintings known as Luftmalerei and prettily carved wooden balconies overflow with geraniums. Here, the locals embrace their rich history, where traditional Bavarian dress is often worn in recognition of their heritage and the custom of Kaffee und Kuchen (coffee and a generously sized portion of cake) is still an afternoon ritual.
The village is also an absolute Mecca for the walking enthusiast. From exhilarating mountain hikes with amazing views all the way to the Zugspitze, Germany's highest mountain, to relaxed strolls through lush green valleys and wetland nature reserves, Oberammergau's wealth of well-signed paths and easy-to-follow trails make it a great choice for wonderfully varied walking. We provide a choice of both level 1 and level 2 walks for all days, using the highly efficient local public transport system so you can explore further afield - all guests receive a Guest Card that gives free transport on certain local buses and trains. You also have the mountain lifts to take the sting out of more challenging ascents.
Travelling in a small group with different abilities the trip gave us a great balance between manageable walks, urban experiences and self managed travel. Instructions for the walks were generally clear but some better formatting/design would be helpful. The booked transport was always punctual, well organised with helpful and friendly drivers. The hotels that were selected had a great atmosphere and evocative of the places we were staying. Their location in the heart of the historic towns was perfect making it easy for quick explorative trips. Puglia as a destination didn't disappoint and we would be very happy to return whenever we have the opportunity.
UTracks provided the perfect way for my husband and I to walk a lovely part of the Portuguese Camino from Porto to Tui just for a week. The Camino isn’t a luxury vacation, it has a more humble history, and in the past we walked independently, staying in albergues in Spain, with no set daily itinerary on our way to Santiago de Compostela. This time we wanted to walk just a portion of the Portuguese road, with UTracks to do the groundwork and make our reservations for us. The inns and homes chosen to stay in all had charm and convenience and were, without exception, clean and run by friendly people. The route through Northern Portugal is beautiful, and the chosen itinerary alternated between challenging and easy days in order to let us enjoy the charming towns along the way. Well done, and thanks for the good memories, UTracks!
