I enjoyed the trip very much. The trip contained important places to visit in each city. The guides were helpful and polite. I have a few suggestions: You may want to add 1 extra day in Bulgaria as an optional or keep it for 2 days instead of one day. Also the English interpreters were always very short in description compared to the Spanish interpreters. It should be equal . Also suggest, a map of important REAS TO VISIT ON YOUR OWN to be provided each day so we are not looking for google maps and info on google to see what to visit. Hotels were excellent except for one hotel. I plan to take another trip with you but want to have some assurance that enough English speaking will be in the tour at least 10-15 and the tour guides are paying equal importance in description of our trip. Excellent coordination in picking up from airport and at all daily events. When I needed to call, I got only Spanish answers and not English and this is not helpful for an English speaking person.

Dear Sir, We had an absolutely fantastic time in our recent Scandinavia tour. The tour leader Maria lose Navarro Frias is an excellent person, fluent in English, punctual, flexible and knowledgeable about the history of local cultural sites. Your guides, hotels, restaurants for lunch and the trip were well organized and of real pleasure. I have travelled many countries with many tour operators and guides, but I must say that Maria is one of the most responsible, helpful, supportive and professional guide I have ever met. I would like to mention one incident during our trip. On our last day of trip, her bag was stolen from the bus and she lost all her belongings. In spite of that, she was very calm, quite, cool and she ensured that her personal issues does not impact the passengers. She did her duties for the entire day as usual inspite of being unaware about her return of belongings. What a person What a service and what professionalism. Was a good tour all things considered with the weather being so stormy. Hotels were great, breakfasts were super. It would be better if the tour groups size was smaller and the buses were smaller and filled with only one language group. One of the male guides told off colour jokes in Portuguese, not appropriate in mixed groups. For the parts of the tour that were cancelled due to bad weather, we were not offered a small refund or other option to do. Hotels should not be outside of the towns as food choices for supper were very limited at least 4 times. Herin was to book an extra night in Madrid for us and did not. He quoted a much higher price than the hotel gave us.
