Our Marangu route Kilimanjaro trek last week was incredible. We had the best service from the crew of experienced guides and porters. They were experienced on guiding travelers and knew what to do at all times.
Trekking up Kilimanjaro is fun and enjoyable, despite the difficult sections close to the summit, however our crew led us through them.
Service was top class, good waterproof tents, comfortable sleeping bags, good food and regular health checks. We had the best of everything!

The 7-day Lemosho route is considered the most scenic trail on Kilimanjaro, granting panoramic vistas from various sides of the mountain. As one of the newer routes, Lemosho is a superb choice for your climb. It is our preferred route due to its ideal balance of low crowds, beautiful scenery and a high summit success rate.
The route approaches Mount Kilimanjaro from the west, beginning with a long drive from Moshi to Londorossi Gate. From there, the first two days are spent trekking through the rain forest to Shira Ridge. The Lemosho route crosses the entire Shira Plateau from west to east in a pleasant, relatively flat hike. Crowds are low until the route joins the Machame route near Lava Tower. Then the route traverses underneath Kilimanjaro's Southern Ice Field on a path known as the Southern Circuit before summiting from Barafu. Descent is made via the Mweka route.
We specialize in guiding on the Lemosho route and receive excellent reviews from climbers. Most of our clients climb Kilimanjaro using this route and they consistently report that they loved it. Thus, Lemosho is highly recommended!

We then make our way to Ngorongoro Crater, where encounters with a variety of animals are guaranteed due to the large concentration of species supported by the permanent water source and naturally enclosed in the volcanic crater with its steep, densely vegetated sides. We travel by road to a Masai village and then to the world famous paleolithic site of Olduvai Gorge and Serengeti. Multiple game drives allow opportunities to search for and observe a huge array of plains animals, associated predators, estuarine life, birds and the distinctive scenery of the famous Serengeti. Flying from the Serengeti National Park back to Arusha means we can save a day of transit by road and maximise the time available for game viewing. Tanzania is home to the best and most exciting trekking adventure of Africa, the fascinating Mount Kilimanjaro, rising to a height of 5,895 meters. The mountain is the tallest in the continent and is also known as the rooftop of Africa. This tour takes you along the Machame Route, arguably the most scenic route to the top fo the mountain. The trek starts in a dense rainforest, makes way through giant heather zoons, continues onto moorlands and finally culminates in highland deserts. As a result, you get to see a vast variety of sights and attractions, unique wildlife and exotic birds, and some of the most beautiful scenes on the planet.
Each night we will stay in mountain dome tents where you will enjoy meals prepared by our mountain camp chefs.
