Information provided by Europamundo on the tour were good and comprehensive. The tour guides were professional and knowledgable of the places visited and shared good location info/tips with group passengers. Our tour mates, mostly from Latin America, were friendly and easy to get along with. Minimal communication skills in Spanish could be a disadvantage though it does not affect the enjoyment of the tour. A 16day tour requires lots of stamina and older folks should be mindful that a long trip could be exhausting especially towards the end. Overall, we were happy with the great services provided by Europamundo.

Even though this was my first solo trip from London to home and back, I never felt alone, as the bus was my constant companion throughout the journey, along with my comfortable hotel stays. The trip was well-organized, with ample breaks and friendly, professional drivers who ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience from one destination to another. Despite traveling with people from different backgrounds and languages, I felt safe and welcomed, making new friends and enjoying a rich cultural exchange. The enthusiastic guides, full of energy and knowledge, provided engaging explanations, making every stop enjoyable without feeling exhausted or bored. The tour covered major destinations efficiently, with well-coordinated time management, caring guides fluent in English and other languages, and insightful local guides for in-depth exploration. Overall, the stay, coordination, and execution were excellent, and I look forward to booking another trip with Bookmundi. It was a good trip. Good hotels , good program giving a general information about the highlights of each place , and afterwords time to walk around and go deeper in the points of my own interest.

What an adventure through Cambodia and Vietnam. Culturally immersive. Organization-wise, excellent. Had a great time and wish I could do the tour agai. Recommended.
Our tour guides were excellent. Both Yelda and Ana provided us with excellent information, were very helpful and always ready to answer any questions we had.
The trip was good but a few things need to be addressed - the hotels were not very good - wallpapers were peeling, carpets were very dirty and torn and the breakfast was not good. The bus rivers were great but the seats were too close to each other - my tall sons did not have enough legroom. The guides were wonderful and helpful Next time we would like to not be put together with another group that speaks a different language.
Meeting new people from different parts of the world and traveling with them to different places and learning about the beautiful and unique culture of japan with the help of two incredible guides,i.e., Mr Reigutsu and Mr. David is what i liked most about the tour. Both of them were excellent guides and being in their company was truly enjoyable.
