Our guide, Mr Hakam was very knowledgeable and friendly. He conducted the tour beautifully and to our entire satisfaction. However, what was most disappointing was the attitude of Mr Tamer. He was arrogant and rude. As an end user, I was not shared any contract agreement which said that if I did not use the optional tour, I will not be dropped back to the hotel in Istanbul. I felt cheated on this part. How can you leave your guests in the middle of the city and not drop them back at the hotel? It was clear that Europamundo was cheating and forcing us to buy an optional package if we wanted to be dropped to the hotel. Very sad and not expected.

There was an interesting mix of people from various countries. Our guides were excellent - Ivana is kind, co operative and taking care of each minute details. As for passenger there was one lady from Argentina Ms ANDREA MUNOZ who was unpleasant to co passengers. She would not straighten her seat at all and this caused great discomfort as the coach was almost full and there were no empty seats to use. Anita for the Spanish market was friendly and helpful too. As for the tour, the Jama Postojna Cave was breathtaking and awesome and also Plitvice National Park was a wonderful surprise. Rest of the cities were good. Maybe a couple of days more in the program would have been idyllic as it got very hectic and tiring and border crossings took most of the time and hence rest of the program has to be rushed. But it was a wonderful experience and most of the co passengers were very happy.

Overall the hotels were good except Capadocia, the Ramada Hotel was below standard including the staff i feel that you should find some other hotel then Ramada both the tour guides were really good and very helpful, in my medical emergency they really did their best to make me comfortable. overall i can still think of joining euromundo tours in future.

The cycling was just right (as we all made the climbs as a team without any stops in the middle); the roads were quiet and scenic; the ancient monuments and sights were great and the food and hotels were both 1st class.

I really liked the tour overall especially the guide and the driver were great. Our guide explained explicitly so we could learn the mythology and history of Greece well. It was very helpful tour but the meal which was included wasn�t really good. The day cruise tour to the island wasn�t recommended. We had to pay extra for each excursion and the time for each stop was not enough. I felt it was the waste of time to go out on a day cruise even though the island was beautiful.
