Ama Dablam Base Camp Trek - 11 days
Are you searching for a pristine trekking route in the famous Everest region? If yes, then we have the perfect trip for you. Join us on this eleven-day, private, guided trek to the base camp of Mount Ama Dablam and enjoy traveling through the route less taken.
This trip starts in Kathmandu where we will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the airport for a short flight to Lukla (2,827 meters). Your journey from Lukla initially follows the route to Everest Base Camp as it travels to Namche Bazaar via Phakding.
Spend a day in Namche, acclimatising and preparing for the journey. Then head for Pangboche via Phortse. Travel through lush forests, past mani walls and via quaint Sherpa villages where time seems to have come to a halt. Take the trail that goes from Pangboche to Ama Dablam Base Camp. See Mount Ama Dablam as well as Lhotse, Nuptse and Pumori mountains in close proximity as well as Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world, that is positioned between Mount Lhotse and Mount Nuptse.
Start your journey downhill along the same trail and catch your flight to Kathmandu from Lukla. Your trip comes to an end on arrival in the capital city.
