Great trip. Beautiful archeological sites and cities included in the itinerary. Would have been helpful for many travelers to know that for the two nights at Machu Picchu you will need an overnight bag for the train ride and hotel stay as your luggage is likely too large for the train to Machu Picchu. Cusco was a great city to walk around and sample a lot of good restaurants.

Loved having lunch with the locals
Also loved the hotels and meals we had. Great experience!!!
The western islands itinerary in the Galapagos aboard the Reina Silvia with Omar Medina as our guide was one of the best trips I've taken, in more than 50 countries over the past 25 years. We saw incredible wildlife - at least 1 or 2 new species each day! - and spectacular landscapes, and we really had time to explore in different ways and take it all in. Omar and the crew of the Reina Silvia took such good care of us in every way and made our adventure safe, fun and memorable. Our group of 16 was fantastic - we've made some true friends, and are already making plans to see each other again. I can't recommend this trip highly enough... just wish there was an option for smaller meal portions (for those of us who are smaller people), since I felt bad wasting such delicious food. The trip was epic, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

The beauty of these Ecuadorian isles is something to behold from aboard the M/Y Grand Queen Beatriz and you’ll retrace the 180-year-old voyage of Charles Darwin by sea with a naturalist guide by your side. Witness the giant tortoises that call these lands home and go birdwatching for blue-footed boobies and frigate birds. Each day, a new view will greet you out your cabin window, with a new array or wildlife to see up above and down below (snorkel, anyone?).

Roger is the best of the best. Our experience wouldn’t have been the same without him - he knows everyone and everything. A true ‘go to’ person to have with you in Peru. He’s super cool and brings good vibes to the group. He made the experience in my opinion - it wouldn’t have been the same without him and his extensive knowledge of the locals and Peru.

A smooth experience from start to finish, with wonderful friendships made along the way. We were able to cover a lot of territory without having to worry about how to get to each our destinations. The accommodations and transportation exceeded our expectations. Our friendly, experienced guides were great at providing interesting insights and background on what we were seeing and were very helpful with any translation/communication challenges.
