The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the medina in Fez. Just returned from an amazing 11-day trip through Greece, Turkey, and Egypt! Cruising the Saronic Gulf, exploring the Pyramids and Egyptian Museum, and experiencing the magic of Istanbul's Bosphorus were definite highlights. This was the best tour I've ever been on! Our guide Matt was incredible from start to finish. He was knowledgable about the animals and history, made us laugh and kept us safe at all times. I experienced the culture from not only Matt but from our game drive trackers, excursion tour guides, and Timbavati Lodge staff. When I was unexpectedly scratched by a monkey Matt made sure I was ok and got me to the doctor to ease my mind. I made friends for life with my fellow travelers and can't wait to go on another adventure with Expat next year!
I would highly recommend this safari to anyone looking for a safari. We had wonderful places to stay and I'm glad we stayed two nights in each place. The staff in each place were so welcoming, the food was excellent. The safari guides were knowledgeable and shared their knowledge and went out of their way to find the best places to see the wildlife. Our CEO Joseph was fun and helpful and shared so much of his life and knowledge with us making it so memorable and enjoyable. Thank you!
