This holiday was a fantastic mix of ancient sites (castles, forts, ruined mud brick villages) and natural wonders - The Grand Canyon of Arabia (Jebel Shams), the endless sand dunes of Wahiba Sands, swimming in wadis etc.
Patrick, our CEO, made our first trip to Thailand a great one. Although flight trouble made us have to depart the tour early, he helped us through until the very end, 100% selflessly. Patrick really gives truth to Thailand's nickname as "The Land of Smiles."
My nine-day adventure across Costa Rica was an absolute thrill from start to finish. We explored all the must-see destinations, immersing ourselves in the diverse activities and landscapes the country has to offer. From lush rainforests to stunning beaches, every moment was filled with excitement and discovery. Despite the packed itinerary, the perfect balance of time spent in each location left me feeling like I had been there much longer, allowing for a deeper connection with the culture and environment. It was an unforgettable journey that exceeded my expectations and left me longing for more.

This was my very first solo/group travel trip, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to our incredible tour guide, Song! From the very beginning, Song made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited about the journey ahead.
Not only was Song knowledgeable and well-prepared, but they also had such a warm personality that brought our whole group together. Every explanation was engaging, every recommendation was spot on, and every little detail was handled with so much care. It felt less like being led by a guide and more like traveling with a friend who truly wanted us to have the best time.
What made this trip unforgettable was how Song balanced fun and professionalism so effortlessly. I felt safe, supported, and inspired to enjoy every moment of my first travel adventure. The coach, hotels & destinations were all great. The only issue would be to include some form of breakfast every day, even a basic ‘boxed’ breakfast, especially on early start mornings. Eventhough there are multiple stops, a breakfast with a muffin, a savoury item, juice/water & fruit, would ease the pressure on guests to find something nearby, within the time available. I appreciate Costsaver endeavour to minimise costs, but the guests are still having ‘out of pocket expenses’ & trying to find something, with limited time & outlets appropriate to their needs.
