First of all, Europamundo has the best tour guides. They are super nice and knowledgeable. Some have difficulty speaking in English but it still works out. I also liked how we were able to visit many places but we felt like it was quite rushed. Our Switzerland itinerary was a bit of a waste as well since we used up the entire morning to try to get to ride the cable car but in the end it was replaced by waterfalls which I think is too different in terms of price and experience so that was disappointing.

In overall the tour was good but changing tour guides wasnt convenient. Its quiet acceptable to have 2 language group but ... Europamundo should thing beforehand about cultural background of groups they want to join in one group. One day was a total disaster for English speaking group because of the second group and their behavior. River cruises - I expected a guided cruise and not just a ride. Local guides in Prague, Paris, London - are exceptional, very informative. Really enjoyed it.

There is too much free time and not much to do in the city centers for more than a few hours. It would have been nice to go some other places beside the city centers. Regarding our guide, Patricia, she was very nice and friendly and we enjoyed her company. HOWEVER her English accent was heavily accented that I could not understand more than 50 of what she was saying. It is not her fault, but still we paid for an English guide and I think I should have gotten a guide who is more understandable.

The tour was very fast paced. However, it included walking tours, boat tours and panoramic bus tours so there was plenty of time to relax while listening to the commentary about what we were visiting. Maria was our tour guide from Prague to Berlin. She was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient. I have been on many tours and Maria is one of the best tour guides that I have encounter. Most tour guides tell you were are traveling to a city and then tell you when we get there. Maria told us so much information about the places we were visiting. For a guide as young as she is, she is very exceptional at what she does. Europamundo has a very unique way of conducting tours. Its amazing how they have travelers joining the tour or leaving a tour to join another group that is going to a different place. I have never experienced that type of tour.

Trip we’re good but can be improved in future . time to provide extra tat not being rushing . Amsterdam to provide 2 nites and the hotel far away from town . Tourists must place nearby in town so we can have free time on our own .

The itinerary was great. We enjoyed the places we visited most especially Kitzbuhel. I also enjoyed the visit to the Swarovski museum. I wish we had more time in all the places we visited, but I look at this as a good reconnaissance for our next vacation back to Europe.

Matheus was a great guide and we feel so fortunate to have him during our trip He encouraged and incentivized everyone to be on time, in a respectful way, and to my surprise everyone was despite the big group. His English skills were good and we had no problem understanding him.
