Excellent, and an ex excellent tour guide in Terak. Very knowledgeable and a lovely sense of humour. We had a wonderful time in Egypt. We're very well looked after. Thank you Insight.

The leader with very accommodating, the hotel in Calgary was not brilliant with several members of the group having some sort electrical faults. My coffee machine didn’t work but was Leaking from the bottom. I loved the wildlife, it may have been better to do the mousse trail in the morning, as more of a chance to see them, and the Moraine boat trip later, but the group leader was trying to accommodate everyone! All in all a great Trip and I will certainly be hoping, finances allowing, to book another trip with Explore!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time in Egypt - thanks to our lovely tour guide Adel who was the best, and our amazing group gelling so well together. It’s a very well put together trip including all the major cultural attractions that you would want to visit and we learned so much due to Adel’s expertise and knowledge. For British groups I think the addition of the Cataract Hotel would enhance the experience - we loved it there. And possibly the home of Howard Carter which we did during time we added at the end. Thank you Explore! 😊

Ramadan was such a knowledgeable Egyptologist. I could not imagine doing this trip without him. Not for someone with mobility issues. Heat as high as 39 degrees makes it challenging even for the fittest. Early starts to get there before the crowds and heat was a great testament to local knowledge. Valley of the Kings was an experience that I will never forget. If you have the time, try to take advantage of the option of attending Alexandria. I have come home with a piece of Egypt in my heart

The itinerary was comprehensive and covered all of the sights I wanted to see. The Hilton Ramses was a beautiful hotel with excellent amenities. The location however was not conducive to leaving the hotel. Amir was absolutely fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and very concerned for about our safety. The Nile cruise was spectacular. The cruise line was top notch. The itinerary while on the cruise was amazing. The option to fly to abul Simbel was perfect.

It’s really difficult to say whether I’d recommend the NWP trip. Our trip was extraordinary in terms of weather, sea and animal sightings. You couldn’t get better. Narwhals, beluga and musk-ox. And 8 polar bears including mother with two cubs. The trip that went from east to west from Greenland saw much less than we did and believe it or not couldn’t get into Ilulissat as too much ice - a Greenland highlight. 7 ships made it into Pond Inlet this season - Sylvia Earl twice and Greg twice. So even today the NWP is a serious challenge.
