The tour was interesting and different. Travelling by train brought an old world charm. The last few days were by minibus which was acceptable, though the air conditioning struggled with the Balkan summer heat. The trip gave a real insight into the local history that helped the boundaries of the various countries we travelled through. Our guide was knowledgeable and informative as well as patient with various individuals requests and needs.
