The tour guides were great. The accommodation is not 4*. The Mark Hotel n Belgrade room was stuffy as the air conditioner is centralized and was on heater. The refrigerator dd not work. I had to leave my insulin at the bar refrigerator and this was inconvenient . They made no attempt to sort the refrigerator out. The bathroom had a vile smell. I complained but was told the hotel is full. In Zlatbor that was not an Hotel but an apartment with no elevator. The curtains had fallen off the rail. The bed was an uncomfortable sleeper coach pulled out . The room was stuffy, air conditioner on 27 degrees. i was told to open the balcony door and sleep. Re-look at your accommodation or change the 4 star rating
