The EBC Trek, I experienced was the most challenging and rewarding accomplishment. The beauty of the mountains was indescribable, I left the country with an increased appreciation for our beautiful world and a stronger relationship with each other. I have zero regrets and am left with incredible memories, photos, and bragging rights. Great trek of the Himalayan range and really lived up to its reputation. Always something to see and a good physical challenge. The guide was friendly and helpful and was able to make suggestions about the itinerary and the best foods to eat at altitude.
