Terrible tour

This tour company is a money suck. They have hidden charges and make sure if you do any of the optional activities that you check local prices - balloons were 200 more than you could book yourself for example. Tour guide was poor at explaining the sites - a shame because the sites were amazing. Also tour guide made some people feel unsafe and food was not good. Accomodation was okay. For price, not worth it. Better tour companies out there.

Jordan Highlights

WOW where to begin? I almost didn’t complete our booking because of the unrest in the Middle East. Glad I didn’t let the news keep me away. I decided to add Jordan on to a preplanned trip to Egypt for a wedding. We had 4 days to squeeze lots into. Encounter Tours was easy to work with. We communicated strictly through messaging and an 8 hour time difference without issue. Our hotels were incredible and the arranged tour guides were the best. Our driver gave us door to door service and completed our hotel check ins which helped with the language barrier. He was on time and so considerate of all our needs and request. I would recommend without hesitation.

Review of trip Turkey

Canan was very responsive to all of our requests, even on her days off! The goals we set at the beginning of the planning were all met and we have left Turkey very satisfied. I would like to plan another trip back and wouldn't hesitate to use Bookmundi.

Overall review Greece Classic Tour

The food at the International Atene was not very good. This was not the hotel they stated I'd be placed at in Athens. Also in the itinerary sent when I booked it listed all 4 star hotels so I was expecting very high class hotels. The room in the Atene was excellent but not the lobby or food. It was in a dicey neighborhood. The hotel in Kalambaka was also not very good. There were better hotels in town. I also did not know would be picking up tourists from different hotels, giving it an impersonal aspect. The tour guide and driver were excellent. The attractions we saw were excellent.

Excellent Tour of Western Turkey

Our guide Çağman was very knowledgeable about both ancient and modern Turkish history, and about architecture. He provided in-depth descriptions of the places we visited, and was always happy to answer our questions and to give us suggestions for which regional foods to try as we proceeded through the country. The accommodations were all very nice, and we felt very safe and welcome in this beautiful, historic country.

The tour operator and our tour guide made thousands of years of history come to life in our tour of Turkey. From the Blue Mosque and the walls of Ancient Troy to the WWI battlefield overlooking the Augean sea. The Magic Happens.

Amazing amphitheatre at Parmakeele,The Thermal Springs. Lots of people but lots of space. White rocks fab, water not warm, skin felt refreshed after dip. Hotels used were high quality.
