"Communication with Sultan was very good since the beginning of the planning. As a local in the area he helped us properly plan the trip with good advise throughout. During the trip, we were taken care of by Sultan's brother Hassan and driven around in his comfortable and reliable Toyota Land Cruiser. Hassan was a fantastic guide, very patient, knowledagable, good and safe driver and great to interact with. He knew everything and eveyrone in the region and provided us with ample information regarding the different people living in the area and the different languages spoken there. He was also extremely flexible, ready to adapt our plans on the fly based on our preferences. At the same time, Sultan was constantly in contact with us, ready to overcome any issues and ensuring that everything is going well. We had both our flights from Islamabad to Gilgit and back cancelled due to weather and in both cases he was ready to provide with an alternative solution at the last minute, ensuring that we can still enjoy our long awaited tour. There was some confusion as to what the agreed price actually included but this was quickly solved, and at no point did we feel that we were paying for something we thought we should not. Overall, Sultan was professional and at the same time involved to the point that it felt everything was organised by good friends. We wholeheartedly recommend this local travel specialist and Sultan and Hassan for your trip to Gilgit, Hunza and North Pakistan in general."
