"After reading the description for the Florentine Steak Experience, I knew I had to sign up right away. My experience was pleasant from the very start. We walked into a very welcoming environment and were immediately attended to. Gabriel came to our table and was very thorough in explaining what was in store for the evening. Once we had our appetizers, we moved into the kitchen where the kitchen staff was beyond friendly. They explained to us what makes a perfect steak, how to prepare it, and then the actual cooking. As silly as it may seem for a grown man, I had the time of my life. My wife was enjoying taking photos of it all, and the Chianti helped I'm sure. The bottom line is that we had a fantastic time with genuine people who enjoy the work they do. I think the entire combination made the steak just that much more delicious. Not only do I recommend you do this experience, but I'm also looking forward to going back to Florence to say hello to our new friends."

"We could not have been happier. This was the one tour we arranged during our 2 week trip, a splurge for our budget, and definitely a highlight. It was worth every penny! Our tour guide, Helga, was outstanding. Her extensive knowledge of the art and of Florence deepened our interest and appreciation for both. We would have been overwhelmed by the vast Uffizi collection on our own. This tour was two-hours and then some, but was so engaging it felt like no time at all. We would have happily listened to Helga all day! We would highly recommend this tour."
