"It was my 1st time booking with Bookmundi for a 12 day trip in Indonesia. Yangyang, my travel planner, worked with me over a few weeks on my very specific plans. Once we arrived in Bali, we were assigned a great driver, Mr. Didi. He was a gentle person, on time to pick us up, drive us around safely and went above and beyond by being a translator when one of the guides assigned to us didn’t speak English. Even though his job was only to drive us around, he took the extra mile to come with us to each tourist spot and explain the sites to the best of his knowledge. His driving was safe in a very hectic city. He spoke very good English. He also recommended very good restaurants when we asked and didn’t push anything on to us."
