Local travel specialists recently organized a 15 days tailor-made trip to Argentina for my husband and myself. We have been to Buenos Aires, Bariloche, El Clefate, La tierra de fuego and Iguazu falls. Wonderful nature, excellent meals, nice people, clean environment.

Really enjoyed the cruise expeditions and the Tango/dinner show. The cruise staff was exceptional. Saw awesome sights. Suggestions for improvements:' 1. The Buenos Aires tour was unremarkable. Too short, not given time to go inside most attractions, didn't stop at key places for picture opportunities. 2. The cruise didn't offer evening entertainment. It was too boring with nothing to do after the daily expedition

Hello Maria and Good Morning Clara & Carolina We've now been back in New Zealand for more than a week and it still seems a bit as though the past 3 weeks have all been a dream!! We had an absolutely fantastic time and I can assure you that all of the group thoroughly enjoyed their experience in your diverse country ! And it's all thanks to our tour company, Letitia and then Carolina!! Everything you did for us worked seamlessly and that was due to the extra effort you applied to the organisation of every last detail We very much appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of all of your guides and transfer drivers from Day 1 until we arrived at EZE to come home. Too many outstanding things to mention individually but many, many thanks for everything you did for us and if you have an 'official' questionnaire that needs to be filled out please send it to me saspo and I will get it back to you by return Clara, it was great to meet you, albeit briefly, and if you are married now we hope everything went wellif not , then we hope that you have a wonderful day when it happens and we can one day meet here in Auckland or in BA!! Sebastian and Carolina were extremely helpful putting the tour together to South America. We had a great trip, the itinerary was good and I enjoyed the fact that there was free time to explore on our own. Hotels were excellent. Tours were great and pick ups were punctual or early . I only wish we could have stayed longer. The trip exceeded my expectations. I will certainly use your services again. Thank you

Great trip organised by the team! From the first moment, the team has been very responsive to our emails and the way the tour was setup exceeded our expectations. The help from the experience manager was very crucial in many circumstances (best example was that she organised to have a purse delivered from Argentina to Chile!!).

We recently booked an extensive two week trip of Argentina and Chile through this tour company. We approached the company by email (in English) from Australia and advised them what our interests and budget were. They then came up with a wonderful itinerary which covered our interests perfectly. They chose excellent hotels and scheduled internal flights and airport pick-ups, etc perfectly. Everything ran like clockwork. We paid from Australia using the companies secure payment providers. We had no issues at all with the payments. We were given a contact within the company who kept in touch with us (using WhatsApp) while we travelled. Our contact was always happy to answer our questions (which were sometimes asked outside of normal working hours). We can strongly recommend this company as a secure and highly experienced travel agency. You will not be disappointed if you use them.

We had a great journey. All was very well organised. Except for the public bus transport from Punta Arenas to Puorto Natalis was horrible. Fully packed and no leg space for over 4 hours.
