Exceptionally well organized with the owner a fair and reasonable individual. Also, as soon as I booked he set about organizing the trek immediately over WhatsApp, even though he was a very busy man (I assume because of the other good treks he runs.) Just make sure you have a good insurance company. Apparently with trekking companies it is common to include a hard to find clause stating you will fully indemnify the company if your insurance refuses to pay.

My family and I were very pleased with Europamundo. I most certainly am grateful to our tour guide Bijo Knanin for taking good care of us. He was meticulous which was important. He exercised care and concern for each passenger. I also want to applaud our driver Joseph. He was special. He did his job well. The tandem of the two was fantastic. They were firm but with heart and a lot of concern. Not like those who were extremely strict as if they are the high school principals to students. Bijo and Joseph were the best I hope the company has extended care for driver Joseph. He has a bad back due to carrying all the luggage and driving and sitting in the bus. I hope he is properly cared for and compensated.

They were professional, friendly, and supportive, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for despite the large number of guests. As an Asian same-sex couple, we were pleasantly surprised by their inclusive and accepting attitude. We come from a developing country and had saved up all our lives for this journey. We were not disappointed, as Europe and its people surpassed our expectations and proved to be nothing short of magical.
