The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

day 1Belgrade, Zvornik & Sarajevo
Belgrade (Serbia) - Zvornik (Bosnia & Herzegovina) - Sarajevo. In the morning, our tour leader will pick you up from your hotel in Belgrade, so make sure you arrive in the city at least one night before your tour begins. We begin our 7-day journey in Belgrade, starting with the Belgrade Fortress and Kalemegdan Park, located at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. From the fortress, we will enjoy breathtaking views of the city. In the Upper Town, we will see the Pobednik monument, which dates back to 1913. The park, with its peaceful paths and lush greenery, offers a relaxing atmosphere. Next, we’ll stroll down Knez Mihailova, the lively social hub of Belgrade, before reaching Republic Square. After our time in Belgrade, we drive towards Bosnia and Herzegovina, stopping first in Zvornik. This charming town, nestled along the tranquil Drina River, offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. You can enjoy some free time for lunch and explore the picturesque streets of Zvornik. In the afternoon, we continue to Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where we’ll spend the night.
