A very well-organised tour from beginning to end. Breakfast at most places had plenty of choice, and having some lunches and dinners included was excellent and made everything so convenient. We really appreciated the little extras along the way — things like the horse ride around the city, free time to explore, and stops at local shops known for their regional produce all added something special to the experience. The guides were incredibly informative and took great care of us, and by the end felt more like friends than guides. We made wonderful memories and would happily recommend this tour. A bit more information about the optional additional tours would have been helpful, as some were different than expected, and it would have been nice if tickets to certain sites, like the palaces in Sintra, were included.

An absolutely fantastic tour! Everything was so well organised, with great breakfast options at most places and some delicious lunches and dinners included — which made everything easy and stress-free. The guides were amazing: super knowledgeable, genuinely caring, and by the end felt like close friends. We had the best time, made unforgettable memories, and couldn’t recommend this tour more! Oumaima, our guide was wonderful — so knowledgeable, spoke English really well and always happy to answer our many questions. Most importantly, they truly cared about our safety and wellbeing, which made us feel relaxed and confident the whole time.

Had an amazing time in Japan! The only thing we can say which really wasn’t a challenge as such, was that on our last morning we were being picked up for the airport before the hotel’s breakfast time and we had already paid for that meal. So we had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. Onsens are always a great experience. All three trips that we have booked with you previously have all been a great experience

The tour and the guide were excellent, and we saw a lot more than we were expecting in Havana. They were also flexible in letting us see some places on our list so we appreciate it. The hosts in Varadero were also very accompanying especially when we asked to stay a couple extra nights. Overall the tour was fantastic.

An amazing way to experience Japan in a short trip for your first time. Being able to meet people all over the world and share the experience was perfect. For the price and freedom to explore when not busy was worth every cent. Almost overwhelming how much you get to see and do in the prettiest place in the world. My experience doing my first solo Hanbok photoshoot at the Gyeongbokgung Palace was really enjoyable. The ladies at the local tour comapny were helpful and nice, and didnt rush me. Photographer Mr Ethan Minwook Kim was pleasant, friendly and did a really good job at making me feel at ease even though I was initially very nervous to do the shoot. He took many excellent shots which I really like and will definitely keep as good memories of my trip. He captured the essence of the Palace in Autumn weather beautifully. I would definitely do this again and have already recommended this service to my friends. Thanks!
