He quickly learned what we were interested in, and what we weren't. When we (both) came down with illness at different times, his professionalism was excellent, and he helped us in every way. We saw so many corners of the areas on the itinerary. Carlos also adapted the itinerary because of days that attractions were closed. He even went further our of his way than I would have expected. The trip was action packed with something for everyone. The included itinerary and the add on activities truly showcased the best of Balis culture, cuisine and warm hospitality. Great itinerary for a short trip. Having 2 nights is some locations made the tour made for a more relaxing trip. Hotels were lovely. Unfortunately Christmas markets were not open in the mornings when we visited. The Bernina express was delightful with wonderful snow covered scenery. The trip up to the Jungfrau was absolutely amazing and definitely a 'bucket list' experience. Our tour director Danielle was fantastic. So helpful, kind and gave us great information about all the places we visited.
