Tashi, our tour guide was absolutely wonderful. He was so great at organizing the tour and giving us all the information and making the arrangements so that we were never worried because we knew we were in competent hands. I thought this was an excellent week, with beautiful walks in spectacular scenery and almost no other hikers; fantastic flora and the excellent guide explained lots about the wildlife and history of the region which I hadn't known much about. The local staff were very hospitable and it's hard to see how the week could have been much better

Beautiful scenery- forests, mountains,wildflower meadows. If you like getting off the beaten track you will love this. Enjoyed the evening meals in the hotel. Our group would meet for drinks on the terrace beforehand. It was a fun and sociable week.

Absolutely loved this tour! I especially appreciate Tour Guide Tenzin for his in-depth knowledge and thorough explanations during our visits to the monasteries and the Potala Palace. As a native Tibetan and a practicing Buddhist, his background significantly enriched our conversations and gave me the deeper understanding I was hoping to gain from this trip. His discretion, patience, and enthusiasm were truly outstanding and made the experience even more meaningful. Walking through Jokhang Temple and seeing pilgrims praying was deeply moving. I felt immersed in Tibetan culture from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lhasa.

This was one of the most incredible trips I’ve ever taken. The group was friendly and the pace was just right. I felt very well taken care of, and the guide ensured we had plenty of time to take photos and relax. I may return soon to the western part of Tibet and recommend it to anyone interested in Tibetan culture and stunning landscapes.

Amalfi Coast Walking Hotel Risorgimento was amazing. The hotel Risorgimento was comfortable and charming. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and made sure that as a vegan I had plenty of delicious dishes to eat. Our leader Gennaro was absolutely excellent. He was so knowledgeable about the area and its history, being local to the area himself. He was patient and encouraging at all times. Explained every detail to us and made sure we didn’t need anything. The hikes were a bit challenging for me but the rewards were worth it…fabulous views, both of nature and picturesque towns. I would highly recommend this trip.

Wow ! what a week I have just had in Israel on the Biblical Trip. I travelled on my own and joined a group of 11 others who were all lovely and we soon become one big family. Out guide Hilick from Rent a Guide was brilliant, so informative on the history and politics of his country. On this trip I went to places I would not of gone to independently. Highly recommend this trip, now to decide where to next ! will definitely use bookmundi again, so glad you popped up on my google search.

We were lucky to have amazing weather for our entire trip and everything was arranged to perfection. We were advised to upgrade to the chopper from Kathmandu which saved us 2 days due to weather at Lukla. Every day went smoothly with each lodge offering warm and friendly welcome. Our guide Darwa was knowledgeable and looked after us at all times. The Nepalese people were amazing to us at every turn. We will be going back.

I wished to give you feedback regarding the trip from it's planning to its implementation. 1) Nick Cheng was a pleasure to deal with: Prompt, courteous and so approachable. I called him up many times, sometimes even beyond his official hours, but he was always available for me. I'm impressed by his professionalism, and his customized planning of an excellent holiday where I could enjoy the beauty, as well as, the culture of your great country. I grade him 10/10, a marvelous performance indeed! 2) All three guides, Simon, Susan and Anna were very good representatives of your country & its culture. They were informative without being pushy, respected time, allowed us to enjoy the sights and doubled up as friends & photographers when needed! The tour and the guide were excellent, and we saw a lot more than we were expecting in Havana. They were also flexible in letting us see some places on our list so we appreciate it. The hosts in Varadero were also very accompanying especially when we asked to stay a couple extra nights. Overall the tour was fantastic.

The experience was amazing, the trip was very well organised, the countries we got to experience were incredible and the tour manager (Joel) was fantastic, it’s clear he knew a lot about the places we were going to, gave good recommendations, made an effort to build a relationship with all of us and was just very organised in general. If I had one piece of feedback it would be on the Argentine portion of the trip. Whilst I did enjoy the time spent in Buenos Aires, it didn’t feel like it fit in the flow with the rest of the tour, it felt a bit like a completely different trip whereas it felt the Peru and Brazil portions fit quite well together. Additionally, whilst I had no issue with the quality of the Buenos Aires hotel, my roommate had complaints about the cleanliness of the room and made a complaint to the front desk and I felt the way they handled the complaint was very poor, there was no real effort put in to make my roommate feel more comfortable and we had to involve our tour manager and he was really great in the situation but ultimately my roommate felt the need to book her own hotel for the duration of the Buenos Aires portion so I think the hotel choice could be looked into a bit if possible. Additionally, the excursion to Tigre looked like it could’ve been quite nice in the summer, however, our tour took place in winter so the kayaking and swimming that was advertised wasn’t actually available when we arrived on the island. The resort we spent the day at was beautiful but we pretty much ate lunch and then stood around for over an hour, all of us who partook in that FTAO agreed that the experience was not worth the price and maybe an alternate FTAO could be considered in the colder months. The Peru and Brazil portion of the trip was absolutely fantastic and overall it was an incredible experience!
