This was an excellent tour and I very much enjoyed it. The tour mananger and driver were great. I loved the fact that it was organized and very well planned. The only thing I would change would be a little more inclusion of "down time" or at least the option to take lesiure during the trip.

We learned about the history of the people and sites. The ancient and current use of the geothermal areas, even eating food cooked in the hot pools was memorable. We rode on 6 different boats in beautiful waterways, seeing native plants and vegetation as well as animal species. The water was glacier blue, clean and clear. Staying in the same hotel for 2 nights in a row, not having to have our bags out early every morning was a treat. We traveled in Land Rovers in the hillsides and rivers of the south NZ island. I loved the Mrs Jones fruit stand stop on the way to the picturesque Milford Sound. Tourists were well received and cared for at all locations. I wished we had more time in Auckland and the north island of NZ. Australia had its own wonderful flavor of living. It was great to experience it as well.

I don’t know where to begin…. We had the most amazing time on the tour. We had a fantastic guide with the right blend of historical facts, archaeological information and humour. Our driver was brilliant kept the van clean, cool and kept us safe and on time. Was gutted to leave. All the temple sites are worth the wait. My boyfriend and I had an absolutely fantastic time, with great walking and good company in a beautiful setting. The Cortijo was very neat and tidy, and superbly run by Bill, Anne, Maria, Rocio, Anna and Juan. The food was fantastic, even the packed lunches with rolls the size of your head! Roger was a star leader: very knowledgeable and always game for a laugh. All in all, a perfect balance of sightseeing, exercise in the fresh air, relaxation and indulgence. We would happily return to do it all over again!
