The tour with Destination Services was great! Ysmail was very knowledgeable and patient to explain everything. Victor was very helpful with the luggages and made sure that the bus is clean. Hotel accommodations were nicely picked as well. The only thing I was not expecting was the 2 days that we were left on our own to go back to the hotel due to extra activities that we did not participate. Other than that, all great experience!

Overall, we had a very nice trip. The itinerary is arranged well and includes good recommendations for places to stop and points of interest to visit. The hotels are all owned by the same company called Vila Gale, and are all about what I expected for the price point � nice and comfortable with basic rooms � the one outlier was the Vila Gale Collection Alter Real, which was stunning! We had a very nice trip to Portugal overall.

We had the most incredible time on our 13 day Best of UK and Ireland Tour! We hadn't been on a bus tour before and were unsure about having to move most days and spend a lot of time travelling on a bus. As it turned out it was not an issue being packed up most mornings and we loved being on the bus...it was just one huge, amazing adventure! Our Tour Leader Luke, related so well to people from all around the world of different ages with a sense of fun. The information and stories he shared enhanced our trip enormously; we learnt so much, things we would have never known if we were travelling on our own.
