Going valley in the morning over 4000m was severe coldness in winter because no sunshine due to surrounding mountains and wind. (Dingboche to Lobche)
It might be better to add 1 more layer, considering the weather.
Since a bit earlier than year end holiday, I could spend more quiet time.
On the way to back, I met more people who were going up.
Mr Bibek, the guide was knowledgeable and explained the mountains.
He was good advisor also for health conditions but you should know yourself first.

Blissful Sri Lanka with Exceptional service. Sri Lanka with its endless beaches, oodles of elephants and flavourful food makes this beautiful country irresistible. My husband and I were extremely fortunate to spend 7 days in Sri Lanka, made fabulous with all the tour guides and arrangements made by Aitkin Spence. The itinerary, service, and attention to detail was nothing but exceptional! All tour guides were extremely knowledgeable always willing to answer any questions we had on all sorts of topics and also pointing out interesting things to see and sharing their wealth of knowledge on Sri Lanka. Both my husband and I had a few last minute changes to the itinerary and Aitken Spence staff were always happy to ensure our trip was memorable, always going above and beyond. Hotel stays and choices of restaurants for food were breathtakingly beautiful and we could no way have found them ourselves. We were accommodated for as a couple and our tour ended with a private elephant ride in the sunset and a romantic private dinner at a beautiful hotel amongst the tropical beauty of Sri Lanka. A special commendation to Nihaal for greeting us at the airport and showing us the hustle and bustle of Colombo, Malikante for warmly meeting us at our hotel to run through the itinerary and making us feel very welcome to Sri Lanka, and Deepthi for giving us memorable experiences with elephants (our favourites), this really made the trip . "We loved our tours and the tour company was able to accommodate all our needs and show us a ton of India in a short amount of time. We jumped around to Varanasi, Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, and Bhopal (on our own for a wedding), and loved every minute of it. Was certainly packed but was our own doing and very fulfilling trip!
Anu and Debasish in particular were great to work with and were very on top of logistics and coordinating everything to meet our interests. Also shout out to Rakesh who was our driver in Delhi and then again from Jaipur to Agra to Delhi — great guy!

I and my friend did a trek to Mardi Himal in December with Upendra which was organized by local travel experts. We booked a service trek with a private guide. The guide was very helpful and knowledgable and the price was very reasonable. We only took the guide and paid for the expenses ourselves, this went fine from starting to the end.
I cannot thank the tour operator enough for the amazing experience of the Everest Base Camp trek. The team, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. It was a dream come true to witness the beauty of the Himalayas. Highly recommended for adventure seekers!
