Going valley in the morning over 4000m was severe coldness in winter because no sunshine due to surrounding mountains and wind. (Dingboche to Lobche)
It might be better to add 1 more layer, considering the weather.
Since a bit earlier than year end holiday, I could spend more quiet time.
On the way to back, I met more people who were going up.
Mr Bibek, the guide was knowledgeable and explained the mountains.
He was good advisor also for health conditions but you should know yourself first.

I went to Agra from Delhi solo for a sunrise tour of the Taj Mahal- even though my hostel was way out of the way, these guys were kind enough to pick me up so I didnt have to solo-metro at 2 am. The drive was comfy, the schedule was totally up to me (awesome!) and my driver was very sweet.
This 16-day trek through the Himalayas, without reaching Everest Base Camp, is a journey filled with breathtaking landscapes and rewarding physical challenge. Just completed the Gokyo Lakes, Gokyo Ri, Cho-La and EBC treks with this local travel expert and had an unforgettable experience. Our guide (Rinji) and porter (also Rinji !!) were incredibly flexible in helping us make the impossible, possible - whilst always looking out for our health and wellbeing. What an amazing team! We explored the most beautiful part of India, filled with incredible places and unforgettable experiences. The guides Pooja were excellent and very knowledgeable. Everyone was helpful, and supportive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable trip.
Super trip covering Everest Base Camp but also several other high passes which are not on that heavily traveled route. Highly recommended if you want a more intimate experience.
