    My 19 day Moroccan trip with World Expeditions was really in two parts. The explorer part where we visited the major destinations and learnt about the culture and history of Morocco. And the second part being the seven day trek to Mount Toubkal. This part was hard work but satisfying with excellent support from porters and the cook. The food was fantastic and much easier than we had had at restaurants. Highly recommended this trip for the adventurous.

    A great tour full of variety. Although there was a fair amount of travelling involved, it was definitely worth it for all the different experiences we had . Visiting local families and eating with them , alongside walking in the mountains were a highlight for me. Hassan was a wonderful guide, informative, kind and caring to all. He took us to some amazing local restaurants every night, which we would never have found!

    I was absolutely thrilled with our experience! We chose the "Morocco Luxury Tour – North to South," and everything was perfect from start to finish. The organization was flawless, and the local guides were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The tour began in Casablanca, where we were greeted by a professional guide who accompanied us throughout the entire trip. We visited iconic cities such as Rabat, Fes, and Marrakech, as well as lesser-known gems like Chefchaouen and Essaouira, each with its own unique charm. The most impressive part of the trip was our visit to the Sahara Desert, where we experienced luxury glamping in a beautifully decorated tent. Under a starry sky, we enjoyed delicious traditional meals. Riding a camel across the dunes was an unforgettable experience! This trip perfectly combined adventure with comfort, and the itinerary was well-structured to offer us a variety of experiences. We explored historical landmarks, vibrant markets, and had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the local culture in every city we visited.

One downside of trip was all the traveling although there were breaks. There really was no time to enjoy the hotel amenities. Food was plentiful.Moroccan wine lacks complexity. Have enough small change coins for bathroom breaks

    After three years of back 2 back beach vacations, I was ready for something different and Morocco was it in every way. This tour struck the perfect balance between cultural immersion, historical wonder, and breathtaking natural beauty. The itinerary flowed seamlessly taking us from the wide boulevards of Casablanca to the Roman ruins of Volubilis, the alleys of Fez and the dunes of the Sahara. Our guide, Layla, was phenomenal. She was warm, endlessly knowledgeable, and the kind of person who anticipates questions before you even ask. She brought every stop to life, whether we were walking through the historic Medina of Fez or standing in awe before the architectural marvel of the Hassan II Mosque. One of my personal highlights was the Todra Gorge. As someone who’s hiked canyons in Arizona and Utah, I can honestly say this was even more dramatic. It had sheer walls that glowed orange in the sun and a stillness that felt almost sacred. The camel ride to our desert camp in Merzouga was unforgettable. Watching the sun dip below the dunes, then sharing dinner and music under the stars with fellow travelers made for a night I’ll always remember. You can say it was a beautiful moment to be cherished forever. The hotels exceeded expectations. They were clean, comfortable, and full of authentic Moroccan touches like tiled courtyards and lantern lit lounges. Sure, some days involved long drives, but the scenery made them feel like part of the adventure. We passed through ancient kasbahs, date palm oases, and tiny villages. The team took care of everything with precision and warmth. From airport pickups to luggage handling it all just worked. For the price and what’s included, this tour is an incredible value. I returned home feeling enriched!
