I thoroughly enjoyed my journey from Madrid, through Portugal, and into Morocco, including the desert extension. The group leaders were fantastic, and the itinerary was thoughtfully organized. I think this travel style is great if you are young and on a shoestring budget but the experience was a bit of a hit or miss when it comes to the hostel or transportation. The people were amazing and we had just enough information to figure out what we want to do that day but there's a room for improvement in organization. Overall it was fun but I'm hesitant to do Roamies again.
