Imagine you came on this trip and saw the monster. Its gargantuan neck emerges from Loch Ness with an almighty ‘ROAR’! No doubt you’d take a picture and become an internet sensation.
Sadly, we can’t promise this’ll happen, but the trip will still be awesome. You will feast your eyes upon incredibly beautiful landscapes, including dramatic Glen Coe, while listening to our guide’s fascinating stories, on the way to Fort Augustus.
It’s the ultimate Loch Ness Monster tour from Edinburgh – mythical beasts not guaranteed, but epic views and legendary banter? You bet.
Day Trip to the Ngorongoro Crater from Arusha
In the morning at around 06.00 hrs, our representative shall pick you from your hotel or stay in Arusha town, and drive you and your packed lunch to the Ngorongoro Gate, located at a distance of 190 kms.
Drive on and descend into the crater floor with picnic lunches for a day game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is one the largest intact calderas in the world as well as one of the most spectacular sights in the whole of Africa.
It is among the best places to see the BIG FIVE (rhino, lion, leopard, buffalo and elephant) in a single day. Other animals found in the park include zebra, hippo, wildebeest, hyena and more… The common birds seen here include flamingos on the soda lake, geese, storks, vultures and more…
Your lunch will be served on the picnic site at Ngoitokok swamp, a Hippo pool. After lunch, proceed for your afternoon game viewing while ascending the Crater and drive back to Arusha.

This trip was made extraordinary by two absolutely outstanding guides, one in Cambodia (Sokchea) one in Vietnam (Truong). Their knowledge, communication skills, good humour, organisational skills and sheer passion for what they do was incredible. We arranged additional tours with our guides, and being able to depend on them for taking care of every detail, from supporting with transport arrangements, recommending and taking us to great local restaurants and evening shows, sometimes joining us for fun, ensuring that our access to sites of interest was smooth and hassle-free, whilst providing a fascinating and insightful perspective on history, culture and lifestyle. In Vietnam, Truong is an incredible asset to Explore: he went above and beyond his remit every day to ensure that everyone in our group had the best, most enjoyable experience. This was priceless, his energy and enthusiasm, and superb social skills ensured that this was an unforgettable trip of a lifetime. We learned so much, and genuinely shared laughter, food and good company. This Explore trip, due to the local guides, and wonderful company of our small group, totally exceeded our expectations.
Having a small group of 5, meant that we were able to get to know each other along the way too, and shared a lot of fun. We hugely enjoyed our “Happy Team” and hope we’ve made some new friends too.
Hotels were mostly great, some more basic but overall good, clean standards. Some excelled, like Cat Ba Paradise Hotel; only one was quite disappointing and a bit frustrating in their really inefficient check-in processes, Trang Hotel in Bangkok, which wasn’t helpful after long-haul journey. Otherwise, good accommodation and friendly helpful staff along the way.
Cast off on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure on the legendary river that begins in the mountains of Tibet and meanders through no less than six countries. The Mekong traces the authentic, profound, and mesmerizing history of Vietnam and Cambodia along its riverbanks. You'll finish your extraordinary vacation in Indochina with a discovery of Hanoï, the Vietnamese capital, and on an unforgettable cruise on the legendary Halong Bay among the fantastically formed islands, crags, and cliffs.
This trip was all I dreamed of and more! Summiting Mt Fuji was at the top on my list, next was eating all the amazing seafood! We had a great group with exceptionally good guides - which made this trip the adventure I was looking for and much more! Thank you G for helping me attain this goal and dream!

I highly recommend this tour if you want to experience a wonderful mix of China’s ancient history and modern marvels — from dynasties to skyscrapers!
I was lucky to have a fantastic group of fellow travelers, and we shared plenty of laughs. The accommodations and itinerary were both thoughtfully arranged, making it a smooth and memorable journey.

This was my first solo travel experience and group experience and I am so glad I took the leap and booked with G. I spent months researching and after the trip I made the right choice. Our guide Summer was amazing and very helpful. The group environment was better than I expected. Everyone was extremely kind and chill. If you’re thinking of booking a trip with G, do it!
I recommend everyone to try the Solo-ish tour with G Adventures at least once. My experience in Morocco was entirely positive and left me with incredible memories. The tour is well-structured and allows you to see the main attractions with highly knowledgeable and helpful guides.
I also appreciated the hotels, the choice of restaurants, and the activities that allowed me to fully understand Moroccan culture. And finally, the bonds that were created with the group were truly special and unforgettable.
