Its very good in all arrangements, punctuality, room accommodation, the guides etc. Very professional. Area of improvement: it will be appreciated if the trips are planned so that the stops in the city is close to facilities for senior citizens to sit down and relax, who are not capable or interested in shopping and strolling time. Having to wait for 3 to 4 hours during this time without getting a place to sit is tiring.

I purchased a circuit starting in Milan and paperwork reveived from travel agent described a city tour in milan for me And my husband. It turns out that europamundo changed itinerary and decided to do the city tour the day before, so besides us have missed the city we wanted to see the most, we were sitting in the hotel since 11am waiting for our tour to start next morning, but they never contacted us, we would like to be aware that the tour was taking place a day earlier and participated as well, since he had PAID for that city tour and was already in the city. Europamundo never apologized or REFUNDED us for that. The tool my trip on website is a joke We purchased a flamenco show and the tour guide had no idea when or where it was gonna happen, we didint get to go watch it and still dont know if we have received a refund for the show they sold us and wouldnt take us to. The itinerary was put together nicely, but europamundo messed up our vacation in many different ways. This was the second reip Ipirchases from you and now I can say I am Disappointed

Our tour guide and bus drivers have been excellent and very helpful to us . They help us with our luggages and our bus is clean and comfortable.. I see how hard our tour guide works to give us the best experience and made sure we have the best vacation . On my trip that started in Innsbruck, i want to mention specifically Julio for his persistence and patience on us . He made us feel like his family and i love how he gave his best to provide us the information we needed . Though there was a problem in our cruise by the Rhine River, we were almost late and only 3 mins before the boat left . Thanks to Julio for running his way to get us a ticket and made that trip possible .. We see his hard work on how not to miss all our planned tour for the day, and this isnt easy to handle as there other passengers that were leaving for other destination as well . I have to repeat all of our tour guide have been very good but I get to see extra from Julio as he was very attentive to us and our needs . Really a pleasant experience to travel and interact with other nationals.We could exchange tourism related matter with them.Altogether a rewarding experience. Having said that, I would like to highlight one issue which was not resolved during tour. We were told by Traveltours, Kochi that everyday,the passengers would be shifted to Citycentre wherein we could dine at our choice resturants and would bedropped back to hotel.Not even on a single day did this happen. To ourquery we were told that the hotel is close to city centre. In Oslow, the hotel was far away from city centre. This has put us,vegetarians, into some avoidable trouble.Hope Europamundo will look into it.

The trip for good overall in terms of selection of locations and excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed it with few exceptions Hotel at Prague as NOT good and wasnt accommodating Hotel at Innsbruck was pathetic and same was the breakfast The breakfast at Vienna had huge queue and was very inconvenient The choice of hotel at Budapest was perfect in all aspects We faced huge issues in getting simple documentation for our visa and the team was NON CO-OPERATING If I ignore the above points stated, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip . We booked european dance last sept 2017 from europamundo. our tour guides diego and angela are great, they were caring, with sense of humour and very knowledgeable. the bus we used were all comfortable. the hotels used are outside city center. drivers and tour guides were always on time.after the discussions and showing us the important sites , they gave us free time to explore on our own. although, a lot of walking everyday, we enjoyed the tour. we understand they wanted to show us all the sites in tne itenerary. we met good people, new friends. thank you europamundo. thumbs up.

The biggest trip that was on the itinerary that was excluded was the train ride from Innsbruck to Zurich. In the vouchers, it said cancelation is possible for bad weather. The guide stated there was no planned train ride, and its for less than 25 people which at the time was correct for the number of people on the bus. The guides should look at putting a meeting point in a less busy area. For example, the guide switched at the Louvre Museum and choose to meet near a busy street intersection causing us to wait +30 mins as people werent present. Some of the buses were well equipped with ac, power and wifi. While most buses had bathrooms, they asked us not to use it as we make stops at least every 2 hrs. Some stops never happened as some days were 3-4 hrs becauses they were behind schedule. The bus from Prague to Innsbruck broke at a rest stop. The driver use zip ties to secure the door and continue to drive. While at Munich, the driver proceeded to get the bus fix without telling the guide and they couldnt speak the same language. Almost 1.5hr later the bus showed up and later that day we shared a bus with another group to Innsbruck.

It was an an amazing and unforgettable experience, from the guides want to mention: Antonio, Julio, Gaby and Mariano are very knowledgeable and professional and the organization, transportation, hotels, etc was excellent, I always felt safe.
