I was impressed with the preparations, pre-trip meetings. I felt well prepared for the trip!I appreciated the review of the itinerary prior to the trip. Richard was the perfect host!! He was well-prepared & kept things on time!! The host in Skye & the Orkney Islands were equally awesome!! I feel the trip was well done!! Graham, the coach driver, was awesome!!! Great driving skills!! Would highly recommend this trip to Discover Scotland!!!
This was a fantastic trip. The hotels selected were excellent. What I appreciated the most was that all of the hotels were convenient to local public transportation.
The Hotel were ok but did not cater to the tourist. The rooms did not have the use of the fans and found the air stagnant. A little air moving would helped.
The Hotel in Sicily in Jiardini Naxos, Caeser palace, found the hotel desk determinitly unhelpful.
I chose this trip because of the 6 nights in Tuscany - Montecatini Terme. Cinque Terre, Lucca, Siena and San Gimignano were highlights of this tour. The food for the special dinners was amazing. Rosella and Massimo kept things on track. Organizing and coordinating tickets, transportation (2 ferries, train and bus) and firsthand knowledge of the areas visited was well exhibited by Rosella. The specialty tour guides were knowledgeable and added extra flair to the excursions. Enjoyed the trip immensely.

All the options were excellent. The local guides walked at a slow pace giving us time to take pictures. Our guide Alfonso and our driver Tito were great. We would take a tour with them anytime
The rooms were a bit small, but they were clean and cozy. Some in our group didn't love the hotels, but I found them quite comfortable. The transport vehicles were new and comfortable as well. The tour was so meticulously planned.Camile was an incredibly professional and warm guide, and Pierre was a careful driver.
