This tour was an amazing way to experience the heart of Tuscany. The itinerary was perfectly balanced with cultural visits, delicious food and wine experiences, and plenty of free time to explore or relax. Some highlights for me were the guided tour of Siena, where we tasted incredible pastries made from unique local recipes, the pasta-making class in Chianti with a warm and welcoming family, and the wine tastings at beautiful family-run estates where we learned so much about what we were enjoying. Our day in Florence was equally wonderful. The hotel in Pancole was cozy and inviting and all the family and staff were so welcoming, and our tour leader made everything smooth and enjoyable. A fantastic trip filled with unforgettable memories!
We recently went on a 4 night tour with the tour operator starting on Monday 6th May. We flew into Liberia.
Our guide was named Pablo and our bus driver named Mr Campbell. Both of them were absolutely fantastic. Pablo immediately made us feel at ease and explained everything very thoroughly and was very understanding of a member of the tour group who was travel sick. The tour was very well organised and the bus was always on time and was driven very carefully, we saw many other tourist buses being driven much less cautiously! We thouroughly enjoyed our trip and Pablo and Mr Campbell really helped with this so please can you pass on our appreciation to them.
We booked this tour last minute and really enjoyed the selected destinations. This tour offers quite a diverse variety of Costa Rica's must-sees. We liked almost all of the accommodations besides Rana Roja in Tortugero. Overall everything was well organized and worked out without any problems. However we would have loved to have a little bit more information e.g. are we travelling with a group or not, all pickup times, tour details, add on tours or services and were a little bit disappointed that our group consisted only of the two of us. If you are not a good planner and or you want to save planning time and you are not on a budget, we would recommend this tour.

Destination Services Costa Rica is a smaller company and I couldn't find out allot about them, but their Exotic Costa Rica tour lined up better with what we were hoping to see on our visit. Communication was not direct, so I didn't always feel we were on the same page. In the end, EVERYTHING was line up in a wonderful manner .....accomdations; tours; and transfers! Transfers were not only on time.... they were there early. All accommodations were in nice condition overall, and staff were very accommodating. You will not have a tour leader or guide that stays with you through the trip. However, in all instances the hotels had all the information on what, where, and when for us. I would certainly travel through them again, and recommend you to consider Destination Services Costa Rica on your journey to Costa Rice!

Craving a nature-filled escape with a dash of adrenaline? This 12-day tour through Bali, Lombok, and the Gili Islands is a dream for adventure-seekers. Kick off in Ubud with white water rafting, then hike through rice paddies and traditional villages en route to Candidasa. The journey continues as you bike the slopes of Mount Agung and ascend the mystical path to Lempuyang Temple.
Along the way, relax on sun-drenched beaches, trek through monkey-filled forests to Mt Rinjani, and snorkel alongside sea turtles in the pristine waters of the Gili Islands. The tour also offers insights into Balinese culture, from temple visits to old-school blacksmithing demonstrations, and plenty of time to unwind and embrace the laid-back island lifestyle.
Designed for those who love to stay active, this challenging tour package’s unique selling point is its perfect blend of outdoor adventure and cultural immersion—delivering unforgettable experiences on land and sea, all with the support and camaraderie of a small group.
It was a fun tour put together. The name of this tour pretty much is what says, in which you see many different waterfalls and forest areas around the Ricon de la Vieja National Park, Monteverde, and Arenal volcano near La Fortuna. Many activities were arranged to which you see these waterfalls and forest environments such as horseback riding, nightwalk to see various animals insects and reptiles at night, hikes, and rappelling. When these activities were done usually by noon, you have the rest of the day to yourself to explore around other sites or to just relax at your hotel. I enjoyed the week I had in Costa Rica doing this tour, and I would recommend anyone who wants a bit of adventure and relaxation to go on this tour.
