I had a great time - when I saw my Tour Leader with the 'Explore' sign at the airport on arrival - I knew I was in safe hands - he was kind and generous with his time and had a passion which enthused. The accommodation was great - better than I expected and the 'immerse india' van for driving us from city to city was fast and efficient. I couldn't recommend this tour any more highly for those looking for adventure in India - I only hope my next explore holiday lives up to this first experience...

I did this trip several years ago and I’m so glad I decided to do it again! The itinerary was very manageable and a good mix of inland and coastal walks. It was a great group and we enjoyed the range of restaurants available, most of them recommended by the tour leader. Tavira is a very pretty and historic town with plenty of activities available and with a good train service to other towns nearby. The hotel was of a high standard with good rooms, helpful staff and a great range for breakfast. There is a choice of two pools, indoor and outdoor, as well as a lovely bar and terrace on the top floor. The tour leader, Ester, was excellent, helpful and caring and very attentive to the various needs of group members.

There’s no way we could have explored so many historic places so comfortably on our own. The trip it self was excellent. The pace of the trip was very intense. I would have prefered a few more days added so there would have been more time to explore/spend in the cities. The majority of the nights were spent at one hotel and then we moved on. Either include less stops and information or extend the trip a few days so there was time for relaxation.
