Your trip was wonderful and your tour guides had been helpful in answering our questions but your tour guides did not gives us more details/ history about each places we were going to visit and does not speak well in English in France.
The Barcelona part of the trip was very disjointed as we kept changing tour guides and overlapping other tours. The pick up times were always late and the Praga Hotel was very small and cramped.
Pedro as our guide was excellent, he left, Ajit was good, and the others were not the same caliber. End of tour was late arriving, felt like we were a bother to the guide. Very short sharp conversations, not to upbeat attitude of Pedro or Ajit.

Hotels were mostly good. Bus service, the hygiene in the bus as well as the behavior of the guides, drivers etc was all good. Majed was very friendly, adjusting and knowledgeable.
I purchased a circuit starting in Milan and paperwork reveived from travel agent described a city tour in milan for me
And my husband. It turns out that europamundo changed itinerary and decided to do the city tour the day before, so besides us have missed the city we wanted to see the most, we were sitting in the hotel since 11am waiting for our tour to start next morning, but they never contacted us, we would like to be aware that the tour was taking place a day earlier and participated as well, since he had PAID for that city tour and was already in the city. Europamundo never apologized or REFUNDED us for that. The tool my trip on website is a joke We purchased a flamenco show and the tour guide had no idea when or where it was gonna happen, we didint get to go watch it and still dont know if we have received a refund for the show they sold us and wouldnt take us to. The itinerary was put together nicely, but europamundo messed up our vacation in many different ways. This was the second reip Ipirchases from you and now I can say I am Disappointed
