The organization of the trips was good. The buses were also good . There was a bit of confusion at the beginning of my trip as my hotel was confirmed only the day before I travelled and the guide did not have my name in the list in Vienna when she came to pick up the passengers.

Some of your guides are exceptionally very good, however some of your guides does not know how to communicate well with their passengers hence some miscommunication. Guides were inconsistent.... Some were very good and took personal interest... Some also knew their history well.. A special mention of Julio Magyar.. He did an excellent job of giving us a backdrop... Mariano too... Hotels were not always upto standard especially innsbruck Allen the breakfast of which was very basic.. Too long bus rides.. Should have kept trains for the longer trips.. My legs were swollen... Guides shd be with us much more... Some disappeared..

Bring long bus days and not able to use the toilets on the buses whilst travelling with children was very inconvenient. Having stops of only 20 mins at the Berlin Wall then going on to have hours in places of nil importance was disappointing. Overall it was s good trip.

I left my KIPLING hand carry bag in the bus while we were in PRAGUE. We werent informed that they will change bus. So a different bus came to pick us up to bring us to the hotel. We informed Marcia our travel guide about my bag the bag of my seatmate. Marcia said she called your office and will coordinate with the bus operator. She even promised to call us for updates which she never did. I am just sad that no effort was done to find our bags.
