"The operator was very good, yet not flexible or reasonable when asked for assistance in visiting other places or booking train tickets, which resulted in cancelling 3 extra days in Iran.
The guide assigned to us was not always well informed in some infos. In addition, he insisted on paying everything himself (entrance fees and some meals) and at the end, he asked us for a certain amount of money without giving any breakdown of the expenses."
